A Message from our president, Cathy neergaard:
At the banquet this evening, it is truly a pleasure to celebrate the Band’s incredible journey over the past few months.
As they say, "a picture is worth a thousand words." Well, if that's the case, the video playing this evening is the "War and Peace" of band adventures. It's got drama, comedy, perhaps some romance, and of course, a whole lot of musical magic.
Let's take a stroll through the chapters of this epic novel:
Looking at these photos and videos, it's evident that you all worked tirelessly. But beyond the sweat and sore muscles, this video captures your journey—lifting each other up (sometimes literally), sharing laughter, shedding a tear or two, giving your absolute best, and achieving greatness as a team.
To our seniors, you're not just leaving behind a Band; you're leaving behind a legacy. Thank you for being exemplary role models, and as you embark on new adventures, may you apply the lessons learned from Band to conquer whatever challenges lie ahead.
To the seasoned band members, keep rocking that can-do attitude, keep including everyone, keep striving for excellence, and for goodness' sake, keep having fun—because that's what it's all about!
And to our newcomers, welcome to the band family! Remember the warmth, the inclusivity, and the feeling of belonging. Next year, it's your turn to pay it forward and make the newbies feel right at home.
A massive shout out to our dedicated staff for leading our students on this incredible journey and sharing your knowledge. You're the conductors of this symphony, and without you, the music just wouldn't be the same.
Last but certainly not least, to the parents, guardians, and all who support our students, we owe you a debt of gratitude. Your unwavering support and encouragement are the wind beneath our musical wings.
So here's to the laughs, the tears, the triumphs, and the melodies that will resonate in our hearts forever. As we bid farewell to this chapter, let's remember that the music doesn't end here; it's just a pause before the next movement begins.
Thank you, and let the encore commence!

Let's take a stroll through the chapters of this epic novel:
- We start with the 10 days of Band Camp – where the heat was high, but the spirits were higher.
- Kennywood, the amusement park where even roller coasters couldn't match the ups and downs of our musical dynamics.
- Football games, where we played our hearts out – rain or shine!
- The BOA Trip, our Band's grand adventure – where we learned to “Fear the Storm.”
- Halloween Parades, where we proved that Marching Band and costumes do mix.
- The PIMBA Championship, where we competed with passion, and brought home a victory.
- Bands in Review Performance, our chance to showcase the culmination of hard work, dedication, and awesome dance moves by all.
- And finally, our last football game together, a bittersweet symphony that marked the end of our season.
